President Report Info

   Your child will be bringing home a President Report form to complete. It will be due on March 3rd. Lately in class, we have been looking on different websites to learn about some of our past presidents. The boys and girls are excited and interested about this topic. Your child may choose any president other than George Washington or Abraham Lincoln to report on. Please make sure your child completes the report in their neatest handwriting using complete sentences. A picture of the president should also be included, drawn or a photo copy. Students will be presenting their report to the class. Thank you for your cooperation with this project!

First Grade Updates

    The boys and girls have been surviving a long winter with inside recess. We are looking forward to warmer weather soon! Be sure to pack clothes for outside recess (boots, gloves, hats, snow pants, winter coats etc.). We are starting a new unit in math and Fundations. We will NOT have a spelling list this week, but we will have a spelling bee on Friday. This is just for fun and practice. Stay warm and enjoy the short week!!!
